- First, I receive an email with instructions to take a technical test through internet, (90 questions in 80 minutes about networking, security, 3G/4G Topologies, NGfW, IPSEC, VPN, SSL, IPS, SD-WAN. SDN, Virtualization, windows etc
- 2 days later, I had an interview by skype with human resources and some questions regarding my experience followed by general questions from my life and career and expectations
- 2 days later I receive and invitation to have a engagement call with the hiring manager and the account manager
- Afterwards, another interview 2 days later, with just the hiring manager; questions here were about presales cycle, automation questions, general knowledge about SD-WAN and some questions about my personal life to test my english.
Finally and 2 days later, I received a message from the hiring manager with a short feedback saying what were my weakeness and why they decide not to move forward with my application.
To be honest, they have a very organized process and they show respect for the candidate Very different from anothers vendors like Cisco, Vmware, Citrix, Cisco Meraki or some headhunters that never provides a feedback and the candidate is on the "limbo" in each part of the process.
