The HR/recruiter interview is a formality. That follows by 2 interviews. With the team manager/team member. This is the technical/knowledge part. And the final one is done by someone else from the department managers to see the fit.

Here is what you need to do if you decided that this is a position for you.
- Have a portfolio of your work. Relevance to the work is most important. Go to video.fortinet.com to get an idea of the type of work.
- Have work using AfterEffects explaining some technical process. E.g. google VPN and make a voiced animation how it works. This is mostly what you will be doing here. And the screencaps
-Understand basics of networking.
-Explain the process you follow for video production. No camera work is involved. It is purely screen capping and animating the conceptual explanation.
-Talk about working on tight deadlines (there is very little planning and it is frustrating)
-Talk how you would run a project: things are dumped on you and you have to figure it out, both technically and creatively. Often you have to combine several people's input. And make all happy.
