I have been working at Fortinet for 1ish years now, I am posting here in interview section to warn people who may be considering joining fortinet specifically in Plano, Texas. This company should be the last to join on your list, if you are looking for a long term career. Don't get me wrong, our firewalls are doing good in the market so far and you will learn a lot once you join but the managers such as Scott V. who open fake positions and waste people's time and money while they already have a short list of their new hires should be questioned and I think this is illegal and unethical. They won't explicitly say it but they only want to hire citizens to work federal cases all the time and/or H1Bs (mostly Indians) to have them work like slaves (since their future can be at risk anytime). So if you are one of those folks, you have a big chance to get a job (assuming it’s not a fake position as mentioned above) Read other reviews for more info. We will be quitting by the end of this year or early next year. We are leaving bad managers, not the company.
