Entrevista
The entire interview process consisted of 3 stages:
1. Coding Challenge
2. Written Test
3. Panel Interview
The coding challenge required you to build a web application using Django, JQuery, Ajax, HTML, CSS to parse JSON records and update the client.
The written test consisted of various questions which covered frontend development, Python, and Algorithms.
The interview consisted of 5 panel members. They asked questions having to do with networking, simple algorithmic problem solving, and past experience.
Behavioral Interview with HR
The first stage involves a conversation with HR to assess cultural fit, communication skills, and alignment with the company’s values and expectations.
Technical Take-Home Assessment
Candidates are then given a technical challenge or case study to complete independently. This evaluates their problem-solving approach, technical proficiency, and ability to deliver quality work within a set timeframe.
Team Interview
Successful candidates are invited to meet with the team for a more in-depth discussion. This may include reviewing the take-home assessment, technical questions, and getting to know how the candidate collaborates and communicates in a team setting.
Offer
Finalists who demonstrate strong potential across all stages will receive an official offer to join the team.

A short phone call from HR briefly discussed about company background, job descriptions. Later ask for an introduction of myself and asked my teck stack and how I used them in my previous work experience.
