I applied for a c# junior developer. The first interview was actually a test composed of Algorithms, C#, OOP and Databases. The questions were acceptable. At the Algorithm part, there was some theory and then you had to choose a problem to solve (there was 6 or 7 problems). At the OOP part and DB there was mostly theory. The c# part contained theory and problems (you had to say the output of the problem given). Total number of questions was around 60-70 and it was multiple choice. The second interview was with 3 people that were hired there. It was more of a technical discussion, but included HR questions too. In my opinion, the overall process length is too much. 2 weeks waiting for the first interview outcome and then 2 more weeks after the 2nd interview. Kinda unacceptable for me

The first part of the interview included a quiz with lots of questions, from algorithm to SQL and database. The face to face interview was relaxing and the interviewers where friendly
