The interview process was as expected. The HR staff replied to my inquiries swiftly and with relevant information. Firstly a 1,5 hour practical exam was required, followed by two interviews. The first being with the HR and the second, the tehnical interview with the project leader. When receving the (negative) feedback, the decision's reasons were clearly stated and helping documentation was provided to help with the preparation for a possible second attempt.

I applied at Fortech Oradea. Went there in person. The questions were totally stupid. At that time I didn't have the experience and the skill to put the lady who conducted the interview, in her place. Questions were totally stupid. It's beyond me how that lady got to be a QA, but she got even further and was allowed to conduct an interview. That company must be total crap. In the middle of the interview she said she doesn't know what CTRL + F5 is doing different from simple F5. WTF
