The interview process was 3 stage. First one the phone, second a face to face with 3 different team members individually and finally a 20-30 minute presentation, the given topic related to my actual target market. My presentation had to be pivoted to virtual since we went on lockdown and I have to applaud Forrester as the only company so willing to adjust to the situation and carry on. The Talent acquisition Lead was excellent, in constant communication and I really felt like they were routing for me to succeed. They gave me access to their full library of knowledge to use and only now do I realise how helpful that is. I was able to have preparation sessions before my presentation to run by questions and understand expectations so it didn’t feel as daunting. Overall Forrester was the role I wanted the most and I feel grateful that it worked out for me.
