The whole process was very relaxed and illuminating on the offered position and the company as a whole. Started with a short (20 min) phone interview and followed up with an in person meeting with the owner and sales director. Both were very detailed in describing what the job was and how the sales process operates and built very realistic expectations for moving forward.
