Ghosted by recruiter.
I spoke with recruiter on the phone for screening and was told she would follow up with my by end of week for next steps. I emailed her twice for follow ups but no response.

Very organized and well communicated. Information was sent ahead of time with calendar reminders. The process begins with a recruiter screen with the interview recorded to remove bias. If you pass the recruiter screen, you will advance to the hiring manager and team interviews.

Why are you looking for a position and specifically at this company?
Has you do a mock presentation for the position. I don't like giving free work for interviews. I feel there are other ways for these skills to be shown for evaluation
