The process starts with a 30-minute introductory conversation to understand the candidate’s background and overall fit.
After that, there is a 30-minute online meeting with the Head of Design, which is slightly more technical and focuses more on design thinking and experience.
The next step is the assessment phase. This includes a short personality assessment used mainly for team building and to help tailor interview questions, rather than as an elimination step. It is followed by a one-hour technical session where the candidate presents and discusses a past project with the Head of Design and other designers.
Finally, there is an in-person office visit in Copenhagen to meet the team and get a sense of the working environment and overall team dynamic.
