Was asked to complete a product assessment providing them with 2 new ideas before any phone screening. Found it a little disrespectful to the candidates. Few days after I sent in the completed assessment, I was notified that they won’t be moving forward with me which I understand since there are limited openings. What made me realized I probably got used to help them find new ideas is when I email them back asking for any feedbacks based on the assessment so I can improve upon myself. No reply at all and just ghosted me… A little disappointed with their interview process.
