The interview didn’t even happen. One of their so called talent acquisition specialists reached out to organise a phone interview with me and then just never called. I reached out, saying I understood things could get busy and forgotten about and if we could reschedule, and she couldn’t even be bothered to respond. I then gave some feedback that I was extremely disappointed with this and was owed an apology, told that she would reach out to me and she still hasn’t. I would avoid applying for any management positions here as they seem to not even want to bother interviewing people after organising interview times.
