I applied online, HR scheduled me Zoom video call from Netherland. He was asking me that describe about yourself as a person. This was wired question for me. I managed to answer, he was asking my previous experience details. I told him very clearly about my ex-company details and why i changed 5 companies in my 13+ experience. After 2 min he told me that as per our policy you're not eligible for the recruitment since you changed 5 companies. I asked him clearly i applied CV in online, by any chance look at my CV. He said YES, and was scrolling my CV top to bottom like that then i asked HR then why you scheduled me the interview. Clearly i mentioned my experience in bullet points. If he count the points, of course he know the number of company changes. Then he managed some how and wanted to ask hiring manager like that. I said OK and hang off the call.
