They came to my university's career fair. A day or two after the fair, I got an email saying they would like to set up a phone interview with me. After the phone interview, they asked me to come back in for an on-site interview for a coop position in the spring. Everyone I talked to was nice and helpful. I ended up turning it down because I was studying abroad that semester.
