I applied online via Indeed. They requested that I make an account on their career site and apply again, so I did. The site was very glitchy and the process of re-entering all of the information on my resume and fixing what was imported incorrectly took the better part of an hour. I also was requested to take a personality quiz which was very confusing, and that on its own took another half hour. Now I'm being requested to take yet another personality test from Wonderlic, and the link doesn't even work. All of this extraneous work without so much as a phone interview, any explanation of salary or benefits, and conflicting correspondence via text giving me different deadlines than on Indeed's messages, despite being from the same person. Sorry, but I am not spending hours of my life trying to apply for a job that has given me nothing more than a vague job description.
