There is first a phone interview, then there is an online test that gauges basic knowledge on math, english/grammar, and etc. The in person test has the same online test + a paper math/grammar test+ a typing speed test. Then an interview with the managers/supervisors. They ask questions on terminologies and concepts in the sound/av industry.
