The interview with the team leads was a pleasant experience and actually made me interested in working there. But once you get to the directors, all interests suddenly vanish when you get a weird vibe. Look around the office and you’ll see if you fit in or not. They seem to be looking for specific kinds of employees if you know what I mean. I didn’t believe the reviews here at first, until I experienced them. Past employees wrote horror stories about leadership, and I kinda understand.

One general interview with HR and then a in depth interview for the job with two underwriting managers. Interview did include questions about the job as well as typical interview questions.
