The process was long. I started with an interview with HR who forwarded me onto the team. I went through a second interview and then was given an assignment. The assignment was presented in front of the entire team and they seemed enthusiastic. They kept me waiting for a while before giving feedback and their feedback was contradicting to my work experience and presentation. Process was strange and I left feeling like they wasted my time.
