Interview was okay, but it was in the food court so it was sort of distracting.
Declined because of other things in the way. The manager was asking alot about sneakers, how
you would sell it and new releases. The store was not busy at the time. The manager asked what program you are taking and how that'll help the company/store ?

Manager asked questions about how to sell a shoe and what your skills were
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
