It was an HR screening and the entire conversation revolved around the present and past experiences. Did talking about the responsibilities in the role and the logistics involved in the hiring process.

What is the difficulty faced in your current project?
Four rounds interview process. First with HR, second with hiring manager and last technical. Technical is for 1 hr with two sr data scientist in the team. After technical one more 30min behavior round.

Phone screening followed by a coding test in Python. The test was fun. After submitting test there was no feedback. The world of recruiting would be better if ghosting candidates was rare, rather than the norm.
