Entrevista
Group interview with around 11 others. Was nervous at first, however the tasks were relatively straight forward and quite enjoyable. The managers were very helpful and understanding. It was obvious that many of the applicants would not make it to the next stage, due to the lack of knowledge they had with trainers.

Design a shoe, and sell it to the assessors (manager and deputy).
Role play with the groups broken into pairs. Customer and associate situation, where you have to cater to the customers needs in finding a pair of shoes and extra additional pieces such as clothes or hats.
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
