Entrevista
I applied online and it took about 2 weeks to get a call and another week for the interview. The interview was a group one, which was with 3 other people plus myself. It was fairly simple, the interview was only 4 questions, no particular order;who wanted to go first and so forth. I went first and introduced myself, I told them I danced and they asked if I would dance for them. I felt like if I declined, then it would show myself as shy and that's not what they wanna see because the job is always dealing with people you never met with and being outgoing. So I danced and they were impressed. In the group interview I talked enough, but not too much because I didn't want to seem like I was rude or wanted to overtalk the other interviewers. After the interview, I shook everyone hands and was offered to fill out a pre-hire form right after. I'm still waiting on a call from that.
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
