Entrevista
I applied online and the next day the store manager called me to schedule an interview and 2 days later I met with him. It was a very laid back and a comfortable setting. The questions were pretty straight froward, as long as you go into the interview already having thought out answers to different questions you'll be fine, just be confident about what you're saying.

Pregunta 1
Tell me a situation in your previous work environment where you were put in a difficult spot, explain it and what did you learn from the experience?
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
