I was contacted by HR five days after applying online for an initial interview, which went well. After that, I was contacted a week later to meet with a second director for a 1:1 interview, which also seemed to go well. I never heard back from FSS after that second interview, which was disappointing. It would have been nice to at least get confirmation that they were not going to go with me, instead of wondering what happened.
