I had a phone screen with an associate, followed by an M&A case study with a three hour limit. The case was pretty straight forward - information on the target and most of the assumptions were given. It required constructing a teaser and a three statement model. I didn't receive an offer because they were looking for a more experienced analyst.

Networked with a couple of analysts / associates and got referred to some directors/VPs. Couple of chats with 80% behavioral 20% technical then a 3 statement modeling test. The modeling test wasn't too bad, practice a couple 3 statement models and you will be fine.
