Applied on Wellfound, got a call from an HR rep a few days later. Scheduled a call with the head of product, but the process was abruptly cut short due to a hiring freeze. Unsure if this was legitimate or if it signals disfunction within the org I couldn't see, but overall had a fine experience. Everyone was nice and accommodating and transparent about Fluz's hiring practices.
