I recently had an interview at this company, and unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the process. The HR team lacked professionalism in communicating with me and often ignored my messages. I also sensed some favoritism and politics. On the bright side, the CEO seemed good and transparent. However, I urge the CEO to address these issues in the HR department and ensure a fair and encouraging interview process for everyone.
