Interview was started with technical round. Normally one or two person will be there for technical questions. Successful candidates were sent for HR round and the for salary negotiations. During salary negotiations, Fluor tries very hard to reduce salary by comparing leaves, bonuses etc. I got lured into it I guess!!

Full on technical Very few basic HR type questions and then all real technical questions by the direct hiring manager and senior folks, if they are satisfied they will make an offer right-away, nothing like we will get back to you in a few days and keep the candidates hanging. No BS type questions -
