It is important to understand how to communicate with dealers and understand their needs. They want to know how you handle stress with difficult customers. Very friendly people during the interview.
I was scheduled for a phone interview and then completely GHOSTED by the first person of contact for the company. If the position is filled do not schedule an interview and then waste a potential candidate's time. This company will miss out on excellent talent due to her unprofessionalism and lack of communication skills. She is representing your company poorly and is the first point of contact that is representing your organization. Please be advised and do better!

I was not asked anything because the first person of contact ghosted me.
Overall the experience was positive. It was an inviting interview but extensive with several interviewers. Everyone I met was very nice, the location was close by to me and office looked new.
