well thought out questions intermixed with open discussions. Had a list of questions which were answered completely and promptly. Benefits and salary / compensation structure clearly communicated. Job requires travel and use of CRM software. My experience is CRM must be adopted by everyone in company.......otherwise, it becomes not as effective as it could be.
