Got wind of the open position through my wife's students sister who's boyfriend was promoted. Spoke to him, sent him my resume, he passed it on to his boss, he spoke to the other bosses, called me spoke to him, came in for an interview, and after what seemed like forever with background checks etc. they made an offer.

It was very straight forward and frank so there were no difficult questions to answer.
The interview process was quite smooth and had a logical progression from phone interview with recruiter, to Teams meeting with the hiring manager, and then in-person with the hiring manager.

I had an initial phone interview, which was really simple. They have called to verify some details about my application, then scheduled my next interview. This interview will be over the zoom, which I did not expect. I thought it will be in person. We will see how it goes.

Smooth and inviting atmosphere. The process was low stress and not interrogatory, more like a casual conversation. First received an email pertaining to availability of an in-person interview. Once scheduled, just had to show up in proper attire.
