Uncomfortable, it was not like a conversation, it was more like question-and-answer based. Question followed by question. I believe they don't have an HR department so the CEO conducts all the interviews. He just has a list of questions that he has for you & goes down the list. & this goes on for 30+ minutes. It's impersonal. And the office looks pretty terrible. The "break area" is a corner with napkins and a microwave and the desks had cables sticking out everywhere.
