Recommend those experienced trader not to spend time with them. They sent two arrogant junior trader to the interview. From my experience, they probably don't have enough insights to understand your trading experience, just want to go through the questions. Highly doubt they can evaluate candidates properly.
First with one HR phone screen. Second round got invited to a live mental math test and another HR interview. Third round is video interview with two junior trader. There will be another round for the case study, but I couldn't proceed to that stage.

The interview experience with Flow Traders Hong Kong was challenging. The interviewers focused mainly on technical, probability, and math questions. Since I could not solve some probability and mental math problems, the interview did not go well. Strong practice in numerical reasoning and probability is essential.
