I applied for a job here and I never heard back. I sent a follow up email to HR, careers, support and the ceo and no one has the kindness to give me some feedback on my application. I have worked in Tech for 3 years and I’m studying for a Masters in Neurotechnology. I’m pretty disgusted that a start-up claiming to help people with depression can’t even be bothered to send an email to enthusiastic people who want to work with them. Perhaps this just reflects their mission that they can just pass over clinical responsibility to a machine.

I applied for a job and didn't hear back either. Cover letter was optional but I'd written one anyway since the work at the company seems interesting. Looks like they should just take down the job ad if they're not interested in hiring. I wouldn't bother applying if you're thinking of doing that
