Submitted CV on LinkedIn. HR added me right after to schedule the phone screening interview the same week. The second interview was done the next week with my hiring manager, followed by the third interview with skip level (i.e. manager's manager) at the end of the week. I received the offer the following week, so the entire process took 2 weeks only.
