Applied online, received an email to complete an assessment, was contacted 2 weeks later for a 15-30 min. phone screening interview with someone from HR. Interview was pretty straight forward, typical questions. They had said they would advise by the end of the week or early the following one. The job listing did not have the salary advertised and when I asked during the interview they said they don't give the information. They only ask what the candidate is looking for. That did not sit well with me. After that, I understand that there were games and it was probably busy but I sent at least 4 follow up emails over the course of a month to the person who interviewed me and never heard anything back. Having employers ghost you is extremely frustrating. It was not until June 21st that I received an automated email from the Panthers advising the position had been filled.
