as long as 4-5 months, stupid questions and repetitive question again and again. interview is done in 4-5 phases which goes to 4-5 months in recruitment. 1st india, then dubai , then again india. the you keep doing the follow up. they never have budget like other better hotels and they call themselves 4 star hotel.
