This interview process was extremely long… They dragged it out six weeks. I felt that in the interview, they were asking questions that were off-the-wall trying to trip up the interviewee.

My interview process was a bit unique because I reached out to the HR manager via email directly instead of applying online. There were a few rounds of interviews, but everything progressed quite quickly. 1 phone interview with the HR manager. 1 phone interview with my direct Sales manager. 1 onsite interview where I met with the Head of Marketing, Head of Operations, CEO and my Sales Manager. My Sales Manager invited me to a networking mixer prior to starting (wasn't able to attend), and a lunch the Friday prior to my Monday start date with my new team (which I was able to attend). The interview process was a bit lengthy but very straight forward. All people conducting the interview were kind and straight forward on their intent to hire me, which was appreciated. A bit of a delay to me actually starting since they were trying to onboard and train a group of new hires rather than just one. Very frequent updates and communication throughout the entire process. Pleasant all around!
