Entrevista
Prior to the interview correspondence with the hiring manager was swift and friendly notifying of the travel disruptions that has occurred with the tube service and providing advice on how best to travel to FloatHub.
During the interview I was asked questions on an casual 1 on 1 basis which I felt was straightforward and quite casual personally I think I answered all the questions with enough detail but I didn't felt I needed to overexaggerate why I would want to work for the company. Thereafter I was shown around the facilities which I found was nice, relaxing despite being dim litted.
After the interview I wasn't told when I would be notified of whether I succeeded or not so I presumed it would be swift. Fast forward 2 weeks I had to email the hiring manager for an response (which to their benefit replied quickly). I was told I was unsuccessful as their hired someone else (despite their being two positions I guess the candidates were more qualified). During this exchange I was told I was emailed which I was certainly not I regularly checked my indeed email and normal email and received nothing so I felt honestly disappointed with the lack of respect and communications I recieved especially since I made the effort to travel to FloatHub which took 50minutes there and back and then waited for an response that never came and the reason for being unsuccessful with the interview was fair 'hired another candidate' but I felt they could of gave actual feedback especially since I took my time to research the company's website and commuted a fair distance.
