What stood out most from this interview process was the timeliness. In the initial call, the recruiter mentioned that they like to do things relatively quickly. While I had heard that in a number of other interview processes, FloQast was the only company to back that statement up with action. The entire process (application to offer) was around 3.5 weeks with 3 main stages. The first stage was a quick recruiter call - here you got to know the company a little better and learn more about the role. Next was a hiring manager interview which was half behavioral and half technical. Finally was a series of 4 back to back interviews - each 1:1 with a specific focus. Only 1 of these 4 didn't get particularly technical, however the rest were fairly technical. All of the information you need around FloQast's interview process is published on their blog, which was extremely helpful and the transparency felt like a green flag. Overall, very impressed with the interview process especially compared to the hoops some other companies are trying to make people jump through and this aided in my decision to accept their offer.
