Interviewers 3&4 had been at the company a relatively short time, for the length of the company. They are currently claiming to be in 'ramp up' mode, but not including longer tenure employees in this process is a red flag. Having a frontend design portion of the interview is a red flag. Having an engineer in the interview process be short and refuse to engage in conversation about what is being worked on, is a red flag. I'm not sure if this interview was common or if this was just a bad day. Super confused. This interview process feels like a bait and switch to get someone with backend knowledge and move them over to mobile within a couple of weeks of hiring. I'm not saying that is what they're doing, but this is what this type of interview feels like. This whole process put a really bad taste in my mouth. Best of luck to this company, but it feels like their interview process is currently broken.

Remote onsite interview - 45 mins parking garage system. - 45 mins design payment system only focused on transferring from account to account - 45 mins behavioral interview - 45 mins resume deep dive about your experience 4. 10 minute talk with CTO I believe I did fairly well because I got to meet the CTO for 10 minutes but still did not get an offer. I was not given a reason why I just got a very generic email with the rejection. It would have been nice to know why. Only feedback I can give is to do the CTO interview first and save candidates the time.
