I went through a very thorough interview process consisting of 5 interviews with different senior managers. Two of the interviews were with the hiring manager - the first interview was more geared towards general processes, the second one delved more into the details of the knowledge required for the position, Each of the senior managers highlighted the challenges around the position and asked relevant questions. All through the process and in-between the interviews, the recruiter kept me up-to-date on timeline and next steps.
