I applied on the website and I received an email from the recruiter asking to set up a first skype interview with two managers from the company. The managers were very very young and asked a lot of behavioural questions probably without giving any context of the current situation within the company in terms of CRM and emailing strategies, targets and so on. They didn't look interested at all at my cv and background but they went straight to the point of asking questions. The skype interview took 45 minutes and they have been very keen on get everything done in time, rushing with questions. The following step would have been an assessment but I didn't pass the first one. Overall, interesting but unprofessional - bad first impression of the company.
