I have first being contacted by HR and then had an interview with a manager via Skype and then I had to prepare an idea for a Christmas campaign. Then, after few weeks I was contacted to know that I was being hired.

Smooth process, friendly interview, on-time follow-up and feedback, got many insights on the company and role, but technical questions were more advanced than expected for an intern positions. Would apply again in the future.
un entretien avec HR. Puis un entretien avec RH et un manager. Ils donnent un business case à rendre la semaine suivante. Puis entretien final de revu du case. Au final c'était pas tres dur

Easily one of the weirdest and most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. I applied through the company’s official site and got invited to an interview only for no one to show up. HR later reached out saying they’d mixed up the time. Not a great start. Right after the first interview, I got an email inviting me to the next round. Less than an hour later, HR called pressuring me to schedule it immediately. The whole thing felt very rushed and disorganized. In the second interview, as soon as I mentioned I might pursue a master’s degree, the interviewer changed attitude and turned the discussion into a very weird interrogation. I never got a proper rejection, just weeks of silence followed by an automated email saying the position was filled. Do better.
