First you have phone screening. Next you have a face to face interview with the supervisor. Last you have a Interview with HR and the Regional manager which takes about 10-15 minutes.

Entrevista
Two interview process: the screener and the on-site. I'm not sure if they were urgently hiring for the position or if it is their overall process, but moving through each stage of the process was relatively quick - there was only about a week in between each stage.

I was impressed that I was asked what the deciding factors would be if I were to receive two competing but identical offers - it shows they actually care about being a good fit for their candidates.
Interview seemed to go great, they talked about when training would start, then they ghosted me. They even skyped in someone from corporate and walked me around the place. I don't understand why they wasted both of our time just to never call me back. I was following up for weeks, and I never even got a clear "no".
