One of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. Spoke with three developers/employees. Mix of technical questions and generic questions on my resume. But one of the developers really shouldn't be conducting interviews. He was 30 minutes late for some unexplained reason and mentions that he was literally told to do this a few moments ago as he walked in. He scanned my resume for tech/languages that peaked his curiosity and threw them back at me, grilling me on my knowledge of them. I definitely could've had a better grasp on some of the tech I used in my past experiences, but he didn't care whatsoever about the actual experiences on my resume and how I used said language/library. After I told him I didn't have intimate knowledge on one concept given that it was a very minor part of a project, he criticizes me for lacking that said knowledge before proceeding to explain it to me, I guess to show off or something. Oh yeah and each person I spoke with gave conflicting information about the actual job responsibilities and two of them asked the same technical question. Maybe put more effort into preparing your interviewers next time? And put some modicum of effort into coordinating your interviewers? And maybe have the decency to at least send a cookie cutter rejection email instead of ghosting me after telling me to my face that you'd get back to me within 2 days? Just a few thoughts. Also this was all done through a third party recruiting agency who were somehow even more disorganized.

At this moment, I only finished the online assessment test of the interview process. The responding time after submitting the resume is about one to two days. And the overall difficulty of the online assessment is okay
