Applied via Jobserve and got a phone call to arrange a phone interview. The interview itself was very positive, wasn't too technical but did ask for your experience with projects. Was invited to a codility test but failed it (the task I was set was about cities & roads, you had to code using trees - something I have never learnt/practised)
