I chatted a couple of times with the recruiter and shared my resume and was informed that the feedback from the company I was viewed as being 'Over Qualified' for the position. That raises a 'Red Flag' for the below reasons. 1. The company cannot pay me what I am worth 2.The Company considers me a flight risk 3. It's a Dead End job 4. I am viewed as competition 5. I am experiencing Age Discrimination All very good considerations and not sure which applied. However when reading other Glassdoor reviews it makes sense.
