Flextronics is hiring throughout professional HR companies, job-seeker websites and local newspapers. US style CV is used. The interview is 2 or 3 rounds depending on how you applied:
1. HR or head hunter company
2. Department manager
3. Group leader or one of the lead professionals
In round 1 & 2 you can expect typical all-round questions about your personality, skills & abilities, schools, and plans, expectations. The language of the interview will be the local language + English. The length of the interview will be about 1 hour.
In round 3 you will meet with your future leader or colleague and will get professional questions only regarding the position you applied. The length of the interview will be 20-30 minutes.

3 total rounds...did great on all 3 but in the end never a single response and was told no by an automated bot, not even a real HR contact. Would be more respectful if they would've reached out and let me know personally after taking up all of that time to interview.

Tell me about a RCCA and how it was used in current role
Fueron solo tres entrevistas diferentes, la primera por teléfono y muy simple y las demás ya más técnicas pero solo preguntaron experiencia y formación académica. No duraron mucho tiempo, fueron de menos de 40 minutos
good, with no issue, smootly and correct, positive feedback about the company located here in Timisoara. 3 steps with different managers from differente depts, like HR, IE, process. the period i would say the was between 4-6 weeks
