The process, while thorough, was longer than what I anticipated for a lower-level position. I spoke with over five team members for over a month. I appreciated the dedication to having an incoming team member connect with organizational members at all levels. However, in some ways, it also felt as though I was being strung along. I am uncertain whether I was a finalist or not, but ultimately they opted to go with someone else.
